This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This is the ONLY vendor I will order my hair from. They are super nice and customer service was AMAZING. They made sure I had everything and kept up with me until my hair arrived. The hair was super soft, I ordered 4 bundles but only used 3 of them and my hair still looks full and the lengths look longer than what I ordered which was a plus. I will continue to shop with this vender. Also shipping was reasonable due to the pandemic going on
