This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

First off this wig came earlier before I even thought which impressed me. When it came I was absolutely in loveeeee! I didn’t even have to do anything put glue it on my head. I don’t really like the baby hairs and this was just the perfect wig. The front hairline melted. I didn’t need to pluck or bleach. 10/10

Silky! It did had a smell I wash it though but minimum shedding. It’s really long I wasnt expecting. Full density wig ; very light weight, and the band is securely tied.

Was so nervous to order from this site because nobody I knew had ordered from them AND I'm not good at doing hair myself but I am so happy with this wig! I got an 18", Raw Brazilian Pre-Cut Lace wig and once I learn how to properly get the top to stick, and add concealer to my unit, I think I'll be SET! But look at how it looks without concealer on the part! (Don't judge my melt, it isn't great yet as I'm a beginner) But I think this is great as a first try! Can't wait to order another unit!
