Shipping & Delivery
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order successfully. normally it will take 3-5 working days to process after confirmation (you can view the product description). Most orders will be received with 3-5 businessed days,such USA, Canada. On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries can take 5-10 days or even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as South Africa, Nigeria. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

Track Your Order
You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to show. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier or us.
International Taxes And Duties
International customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Wiggins Hair, and thus cannot be refunded.

Delivered But Not Delivered
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation.
