    At WIGGINS HAIR, your satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days — as long as the hair has not been opened, worn, or tampered with. If the quality, color, or length isn't what you expected, please reach out to us at tg@wigginshair.com, and we'll guide you through the exchange process with care.

      1.Can I exchange my order?

    Yes! As long as your set is unopened, unworn, and untampered, you may exchange it within 30 days of receipt.

      2.What is the exchange period?

    We offer exchanges on human hair wigs and hair extensions that are unopened and unused, within 30 days of receiving your order.

      3.Do I have to pay for the exchange shipping?

    Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own protection.

      4.How can I exchange for a different color?

    Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new color you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll ship your new set.

      5.Can I send the exchange without contacting you or getting an RMA?

    No, you’ll need to reach out to us first. The return address might be different from your original shipping address, and getting an RMA allows us to track your return and speed up your exchange. Items returned without contacting us in advance may not be accepted.

      6.When will I receive my exchange?

    Once we receive and inspect your return to confirm the hair has not been opened or worn, we’ll process your exchange within 1–2 business days.

    Please make sure to email us the tracking number after you send the package — we can only place your exchange order after receiving this information.

    USA orders: Delivery takes 3–5 business days with standard free shipping.

    Europe orders: Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on location.

      7.Why can't I exchange opened WIGGINS HAIR products?

    To protect the health and safety of all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or worn human hair products. Like many brands in the hair industry, we treat wigs and extensions as hygienic items, which means once opened, they can’t be restocked or resold.
