This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Very accurate! The middle part picture was when I just fit the hair and the side part is 3 months after. The quality is consistent and so far I am planning on 2 more months of wear before I change the hair, Length was true to length. The seller was really sweet and you can tell they try their hardest.
