This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is absolutely BEAUTIFUL I am so excited to make my wig. This is my first time having 360 frontal! But it's really good.The hairline looks so natural and pre plucked.The knots are bleached. Would definitely be buying from this vendor again and this is after having the hair for 3 weeks,the bundles are soft and very minimal shedding not tangle.

I've had this hair in since the day I got it back in April and I've washed it and cute it and flat ironed it and curled it lol everything! I loved it. It still till this day has good texture and holds curls and doesn't shed. The hair never smelled and the retailer always kept in contact. The shipping was fast. If you are contemplating, stop and buy it hunny it's worth it! I will buy more when the time comes but now I'm still going strong!

I ordered the 16,18,20 with a free part closure. Shipping was very fast I ordered on a Tuesday evening and got it Friday afternoon. April also keeps in contact with you the entire time to keep you updated with shipping. I've had it in 2 weeks now. When I first received it it came with a gift and it was very soft. I'm 5'10 so it actually is pretty long for its length. It doesn't shed much and I haven't had tangling yet.
