This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I've had this hair in since the day I got it back in April and I've washed it and cute it and flat ironed it and curled it lol everything! I loved it. It still till this day has good texture and holds curls and doesn't shed. The hair never smelled and the retailer always kept in contact. The shipping was fast. April also keeps in contact with you the entire time to keep you updated with shipping. I've had it in 2 weeks now. When I first received it it came with a gift and it was very soft. I'm 5'10 so it actually is pretty long for its length. It doesn't shed much and I haven't had tangling yet.
