This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I recommend 100%!!! this is one of the best hair company I have encountered with. I did have some fears in regards of the quality of the hair but it is just amazing not any shedding and the hair is full and soft. Customer service was so good there was communication throughout the whole journey plus the hair came very quickly with a pair hair cap and a set of lashes which I think is very generous. i will add more pictures soon

This hair is very pretty! I got my package in two days and Mary was very nice when she emailed me. The hair did not have a smell out of the package and they were full. I didn’t measure the bundles but they looked like 26 inches and the ends didn’t have that straggly, thin look. I dyed them jet black with no issue. It doesn’t tangle. I sealed my wefts and i brush it wet every day with no shedding.
