This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is very pretty! I got my package in two days and Mary was very nice when she emailed me. The hair did not have a smell out of the package and they were full. I didn’t measure the bundles but they looked like 26 inches and the ends didn’t have that straggly, thin look. I dyed them jet black with no issue. It doesn’t tangle. I sealed my wefts and i brush it wet every day with no shedding.
