This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

So far so good, I am loving this hair from Wiggins! It was delivered to me pretty fast from the date I placed the order. The hair was as described once the package was opened. From the touch down to the length it was true to its description. The hair didn't have any smell to it and I received two pair of lashes as well as a hair tie along with the hair. Hair doesn't shed and it holds a curl very well. I've had my hair installed since his past Friday. I purchased 4 bundles...20, 22, 22, & 24. My closure was also included and that is a 18in. although I have not used it. There was nothing wrong with my closure I'm just not into them.
