This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This is very good hair I ordered on a Thursday and I received the hair on Monday it smelled good and it is true to Length I ordered 28 28 inch and it doesn’t shed I will definitely be ordering from them again. I will recommend this store to my friends, too.
