This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

It doesn’t shed ..it’s just like normal hair ...it didn’t have a smell too it ...it actually smells good I would definitely order from this vender again! I’m loving it !
