This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I have ordered once before and my hairstylist was in awe of the density of the bundles. I bought 3 bundles 18 inches body wave. She ended up using only 2 bundles and the second bundle had a little left over!! So I made clip ins with the third bundle and is a full set of clip ins. I bought it again, but this time only two bundles LOL! enough for the look I want which is a natural look.
