This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I installed the hair a few days after receiving my hair and it still looks more than new very nice I have all my body wave and absolutely no shedding what's so ever I will be sticking with this vendor until she decides not to sell anymore lol but hopefully not
