This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

this is my first order from wiggins and when i tell you this hair is bomb this hair is BOMB. like i ordered it last friday and it got here tuesday evening it actually came 2 days in advance and i can't stop running my fingers through it. it's so silky and soft, hair is very thick has a nice shine nothing too crazy no shedding whatsoever customer service was amazing Mary kept in contact with me the whole time. can't wait to get it installed i will definitely be ordering from them again

So much to say about this hair, but I will start by saying that it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I read hundreds of reviews and watched countless YouTube tutorials before purchasing and I am beyond satisfied!! Shipping was really fast, it took about 3days . I have only experienced about 3 strands of shedding but that was only due to me bleaching my knots. Wiggins is AMAZING and made sure I was updated every step of the way. wiggins has definitely gained a returning customer. I LOVE MY HAIR! I will do an update in a few weeks.

True virgin hair. I am in love with this hair! Upon arrival, this hair had no bad smell to it. It actually smelled very good. So far, I have gone swimming in this hair in chlorinated and salt water and this hair has held up very well. When wet, the hair has a little wave pattern to it, but dries straight. The texture is so silky soft, I find myself constantly running my finger through it. I have installed this hair once, and will install again.
