This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair isn’t bad for the price I paid. If you need something that’s affordable then I’d recommend this hair. It is thick and has flyaways but nothing that can’t be fixed. Shipping was fast . thank you very much and my sister very satisfied with the picture soon

True virgin hair. I am in love with this hair! Upon arrival, this hair had no bad smell to it. It actually smelled very good. So far, I have gone swimming in this hair in chlorinated and salt water and this hair has held up very well. When wet, the hair has a little wave pattern to it, but dries straight. The texture is so silky soft, I find myself constantly running my finger through it. I have installed this hair once, and will install again.
