This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

So I had to order an extra bundle since i had already order 3 bundles from my previous order, but anyway the hair is very good and soft that the delivery process was very quick and the vendor is very good with communicating.
