This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

The hair is very silky and straight haven’t even straightened the hair. I haven’t put heat on so unsure how it holds a curl. I brought 26 inches and hair is true to length, full to ends but I may go with a slightly thicker texture next time. I made into a wig and brought a closure from a different site as I did not see frontal to match. Only issue when opening hair is that where the elastic band was tired around the hair seemed to cut the hair of making the bundles less full. Good quality for money. Slight shedding but not more then I would expect.

This hair is awesome didn’t have a smell to it hair is true to length very soft this is my third time ordering and the closure is the BOMB honey , the shipping of the hair is very fast so ladies you wouldn’t have to wait long to get your hair laid, I did color the hair and it came out beautiful. I ordered the hair on October 19th, I just received the hair today, and though I had a hard time receiving the hair, that being on DHL, I am in love with this hair. I absolutely love it, it's soft, and has a nice shine to it. I have yet to install it, but I would recommend this hair to anyone. I will be uploading a picture of what it looks like when I make my unit, thank you Wiggins Hair for supplying me with beautiful hair.
