This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This order came in 3days, closure was nice and pre plucked I just plucked it more to fit my head shape. I order a 18 inch closure, one 22in bundle and two 24 in bundles. It came with these mink 3D lashes. I’m honestly satisfied I will be coloring the hair red and posting a updated review . I will be ordering soon.

I ordered the hair on October 19th, I just received the hair today, and though I had a hard time receiving the hair, that being on DHL, I am in love with this hair.
