This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This order came in 3days, closure was nice and pre plucked I just plucked it more to fit my head shape. I order a 18 inch closure, one 22in bundle and two 24 in bundles. I ordered the hair on October 19th, I just received the hair today, and though I had a hard time receiving the hair, that being on DHL, I am in love with this hair.
