This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

You don't really know how good a hair is until you wash it and see how it behaves after, I've made a wig with this hair, worn it, washed and used it again and it stayed perfect. No shedding,hair is still nice, the hair is soft. I highly recommend and would be buying it again
