This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I purchased straight bundles in 22/22/24/24. All are true to length. Hair has no smell and is super soft and not too shiny!!!! The wefts are very nice size and the ends are very healthy with no fly aways. I will definitely order this hair again!!! For the price I got way better hair than expected !
