We recommend using high temperatures with caution and highly recommend applying a heat protectant before styling. When using hot tools, we suggest temperatures under 300F degrees for colored hair, and under 360F degrees for natural colored hair to avoid dryness. Do not leave any hot tools on the hair for no more than 30 seconds. Once done styling your hair, clean your hot tools, beacuse on the hot tools might have few loose hair since you pulling down or curl the hair on the tool, so there might few loose hair but it's normal. As well as you clean up the hair on the hot tool, then it's fine.Q3: HOW TO WASH YOUR WIG?1) Gently remove tangle with your hands before washing the wig.2) Put the wig into cold water, when performing the shampoo do not approach hair abrasively, dip hair in/out while adding shampoo directly to hair from the bottom.3) Rinse shampoo thoroughly and finger comb the conditioner onto the wig to give it even distribution. Leave wig in conditioner for 10-15 minutes.4) Rinse the conditioner off the wig with cool water. Water should appear clear after rinsing. Using a clean towel, blot the wig dry.5) Allow the wig to air dry in a cool, dry environment. Never wear your wig wet.

Beautiful hair. Maintains it's curl and bounce. Every couple of days, I spritz with some water and smooth some mousse in. That's it. The less you do, the longer it will last. This was a good purchase experience.

This hair is soft and the curls are beautiful, I cut it and it still retained it's shape. I did have to take out some hairs from the part to widen it a little but other than that I am very pleased with this purchase.

This is a great starter wig! I did bleach the knots, and the bleach took very well I only had to do it once. And I didn’t have to pluck the hairline at all which was great! The hair also is soooooo soft! And I literally got no shedding. So overall great wig for the price!
