And all our wigs are preplucked, with enough baby hair, natural hairline and slight bleached knots.Q2: Can I use hot tools on my hair?Yes, you can use hot tools for your hair. We recommend using high temperatures with caution and highly recommend applying a heat protectant before styling. When using hot tools, we suggest temperatures under 300F degrees for colored hair, and under 360F degrees for natural colored hair to avoid dryness. Do not leave any hot tools on the hair for no more than 30 seconds. Once done styling your hair, clean your hot tools, beacuse on the hot tools might have few loose hair since you pulling down or curl the hair on the tool, so there might few loose hair but it's normal. As well as you clean up the hair on the hot tool, then it's fine.Q3: HOW TO WASH YOUR WIG?1) Gently remove tangle with your hands before washing the wig.2) Put the wig into cold water, when performing the shampoo do not approach hair abrasively, dip hair in/out while adding shampoo directly to hair from the bottom.3) Rinse shampoo thoroughly and finger comb the conditioner onto the wig to give it even distribution. Leave wig in conditioner for 10-15 minutes.4) Rinse the conditioner off the wig with cool water. Water should appear clear after rinsing. Using a clean towel, blot the wig dry.5) Allow the wig to air dry in a cool, dry environment. Never wear your wig wet.

I’ve had it installed 3 times and it’s still has the great quality that it was when I first bought it. Minimum shedding and it’s true to length. I wanted to wait a year to give a true review and it’s worth every dime. I haven’t had any problems with it. It fits and washes well with no tangling after it’s washed. Great investment and for the price you can’t beat it. I’ve worn it while it was hot and cold and it did great in both climates. 10/10 recommend especially when you’re getting used to wigs it would be a great starter
