This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair arrived in 5 days. It not have smell when it arrived, and after a co-wash it was fine. The curl was even more amazing after the wash love. The wig was very full. I loved the curl pattern. It is very similar to mine. The hair was soft, shiny and tangle-free. I did experience minimal shedding. I liked the V parting, it is very different from the U parting. It is easy to put on and take off. Overall it is a decent Wig.
