This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I love it- I purchased the 24 inches; 180 density and it was true to length. No chemical smell whatsoever either. Definitely wash and condition it to release/soften the curls a bit more though. Im happy with it and cant wait to rock it!
