After saturating your wig in water, squeeze it dry. Don’t wring it or base your wig could become miss-shaped and dry funny.

This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I absolutely love this hair. It’s really good quality hair that’s soft and doesn’t tangled. No shedding. The hair takes heat really well. The knots are small and can be bleached. The lace is easy to melt as well. It is big head friendly. I would definitely recommend this wig.

I'm glad I gave it a chance because these other reviews were very disheartening. It's not perfect which is understandable but it served its purpose very well and I'm happy about that
