This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Don't think twice about buying this wig, do it! The hair quality is amazing. It's really soft and very manageable. This wig is giving natural hair! I've had it installed for a week now and i don't do too much maintenance to it. This is my first time trying a bob wig and it's not bad. I definitely recommend this wig.
