12Avg I LOVE IT. I have gotten tons of compliments from coworkers and my students. The hair is super soft. All i put on it to style is Cream of Nature leave in conditioner and Styling mouse. I do not put product on it everyday, some days I just dampen it with a spray bottle to reactivate the product that is still on there from the previous day.
