This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I LOVE IT. I have gotten tons of compliments from coworkers and my students. The hair is super soft. All i put on it to style is Cream of Nature leave in conditioner and Styling mouse. I do not put product on it everyday, some days I just dampen it with a spray bottle to reactivate the product that is still on there from the previous day.
