Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Unit was delivered. Unit is full. Had no smell. True to length. I curled it curls held. I did have to pluck my middle part which was easy and laid perfectly. The lace is basically invisible (thank you)! I am absolutely in love ! Soft, are absolutely gorgeous.

I love this wig! My Wiggins wigs are always super thick from root to tip and this one was no different. Customer service is always excellent and timely for me. I actually made my order, but decided I needed to change the density (upped it to 200%) & transparent lace. There was a litte additional cost but customer service was super helpful with making sure the added details were added to my order. I love this color as well. Mine is a dark brown/reddish color, which is PERFECT. It curls well (& holds a curl). I lightly plucked the edges and I didn’t bleach the knots because they’re not super apparent (especially w/ makeup or tint on the lace).
