This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Purchased this 22 inch unit. I have no complaints. Although the knots were “bleached” I went back in with more bleach to really get the scalp effect.Be careful, knots are small and they took extremely well.

This hair is just as described—super easy to work with, barely any shedding, and blends seamlessly with your skin. All I did was apply some foundation to the lace, spray a bit of adhesive, and use a hot comb with wax to flatten the middle part.
