This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I really like this hair style! Human hair needs good maintenance, which is good hair quality. My hair is very soft, shiny and smooth. My wig will arrive soon, and I also wear a free wig cap and ear tap. The length is also very correct, even longer than I thought. The customer service is very good!
