When using hot tools, we suggest temperatures under 300F degrees for colored hair, and under 360F degrees for natural colored hair to avoid dryness. Do not leave any hot tools on the hair for no more than 30 seconds. Once done styling your hair, clean your hot tools, beacuse on the hot tools might have few loose hair since you pulling down or curl the hair on the tool, so there might few loose hair but it's normal. As well as you clean up the hair on the hot tool, then it's fine.Q3: HOW TO WASH YOUR WIG?1) Gently remove tangle with your hands before washing the wig.2) Put the wig into cold water, when performing the shampoo do not approach hair abrasively, dip hair in/out while adding shampoo directly to hair from the bottom.3) Rinse shampoo thoroughly and finger comb the conditioner onto the wig to give it even distribution. Leave wig in conditioner for 10-15 minutes.4) Rinse the conditioner off the wig with cool water. Water should appear clear after rinsing. The lace is thin and comfortable. I didn’t bleach knots just used some lace tint spray. The curl pattern is freaking bomb! I spray some leave in conditioner mixed with water and mouse it afterwards and out the door. Love love love it! Will definitely be buying from you guys again!

I order the 20 in and it was thicker then I thought bc I seen 150 density and was skeptical and the other reviews were not helpful U could add more tracks if u like very thick hair but I have a small head so I was good!!!!

What I like most about the hair is the feel, I’ve worn the hair since I received it and didn’t have to put any products on it other than just a light moisturizing spray, and I mean very lightly on the middle where it was parted it only, the grade, texture, and style is exactly what I was hoping it would be, and no brushing needed just finger combing!
