This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This is a great wig! The coloring is gorgeous! The hair is soft. The curls are perfect. The hair looks and feels healthy. I had minimal shedding when I first took it out of the packaging, but it was only little hairs and that was it. It is plucked really nicely. It looks just like it did in the product photos so I loved that. Overall, I’m really happy with this and would recommend it!
