This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I like this hair! It is very soft and will not fall off. It came earlier than expected and arrived in less than five days. The length is also perfect. I have worn my hair for a few days and it is still the same as new, and I can say that I am totally in love with it. It is so soft and beautiful, I will definitely buy it from this supplier again
