This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

this foi exactly what i wanted the hair foi soooo soft i can't even describe how soft it foi there was very minor shedding and i mean like 2 strands i haven't installed it yet but i will be in the few days and i can't wait. The hair is very soft and true to its length. I will be buying from Wiggins Hair again
