This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

THIS HAIR IS GIVING!!! Giving inches.. giving body… giving ease of use… giving luster… giving thickness. I love everything about the hair I have purchased from this company. The pictures uploaded is my 2nd time using it and as you can see, it still has plenty of life. I soaked the hair in ACV and warm water for about 5mins to cleanse. I shampooed the hair and then used intense moisture silicon mix to condition it.. I’ll never purchase hair from anywhere else. You get what you pay for
