This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I havent yet installed hair. it seems very soft and beautiful i love the curl pattern. no smell to it really i ordered hair on the 22nd and got it on the 1st thats a little long for me. im gonna make the hair into a wig and ill leave another review after i install the hair

I am very impressed with the quality of this hair. I ordered an 18 inch frontal and 3 bundles 26 inch hair. I dyed the knots on the frontal and colored the bundles and the curl came right back. I took the hair and made a wig. I use a hair bonnet when I sleep at night and in the mornings I spray my hair with water and brush it with a paddle brush and the curl and shine comes right back. I have had no shedding. I will definitely be ordering again.

This is 8A grade good hair. I ordered 16" frontal & 18, 20, 22" bundles. The hair took around 5 days to arrive, was true to length, a little bearded but not excessively. I only got it installed today so I can't say anything about shedding and tangling just yet. I am in love with this style though!
