This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Even straightened this hair and once I washed and conditioned my hair the curl pattern bounced right back. I have nothing but great things to say about this hair.
