This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I have used this company before with their deep wave and closure. I still wear the hair today. I bought and made a wig in March! If you take care of it, it should last you a very long time. This is my third purchase. I have also tried the Brazilian kinky curly hair. The hair sheds if you do not seal your wefts.
