This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

So I never write reviews but I figured after getting this hair so quickly and having it installed.. I had to!!! I ordered these bundles on Friday afternoon & got them Monday. I couldn’t believe how fast the shipping was!!! I was impressed, once receiving the hair I was worried bc the bundles did seem slightly thin, I got it installed and love it! My hair feels full and the hair is soooo soft. If you’re second guessing buying it. Just do it!! The hair is amazing. You won’t be disappointed
