This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I've had it for two months now and and I am in love! I love the curl pattern after washing it.Holds curls really well after styled it .Still beautiful and manageable! But also make sure your ends are clip when you straighten the hair because it's a bit frizzy but that's expected. Good for money definitely buy from here again.
