This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

i have had this hair since august 2024 and has worn this back to back since then(6 months). the hair is True to length and full. I have experienced minimal shedding even after dying the hair and curling the hair several times.
