This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

the hair is very soft. there is no shedding, you can easily run your fingertips through the hair with any tangles. although it has a slight smell to it, its nothing strong or harming. i can’t wait to color and install the hair! i would recommend this to another buyer!!

Ordered this hair Tuesday received it Thursday. The hair was so soft and light weight and full as well. Pattern changed a little after putting water on it. No smell and minimal shedding. I made this into a lace closure wig with the inches10 10 10 10and a 10 inch closure. So far the hair is amazing!
