This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I've just received my hair. I haven't installed it yet, only touched it. So far so good. Thank you very much. I'm very saticfied with the inches of lace on the closer. That was one thing I was worried about because I like full lace products or as much as possible for the most natural look. I ordered this hair 4 times already & I LOVE it. It looks so natural. Not too shiny, not too dull. No crazy obnoxious chemical smell. Everyone at work thinks it's my real hair. I wear it about 6 weeks at a time as a sew in. It could probably last longer, but I do not take care of the hair properly.
