This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is sooooo soft and beautiful. I would suggest saturating the hair, add a water based hair cream or leave-in cream and use wide-teeth comb to detangle the curls together. Once it dries, you'll be amazed at the results!
