This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is soft true to length. it is so beautiful and so far hasn't shed or tangled. Don't let the pattern fool you. When its stretched out it is definitely the length its supposed to be. Its fool of body and bounce as well. I would order again!

I love the texture of the hair it's very soft. once I make a wig out of the bundles I'll definitely give more feedback. overall the customer service was awesome as well. I was able to follow up with the location of the hair all the way to my address.... the hair also arrived in less than 7days.
