This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I bought this wig during this time ! I could not be happier ! It's worth the money!! It took about 5 days for it to come . It came pre plucked already but I did a little tweezing to the frontal just so it can fit my face to my liking . Very minimal shedding and even after I bleached the the knots. I highly recommend! It's full and soft.

When I started to customize my unit I barely had to do any plucking because the hair line was already so natural. The hair holds heat well because I used a hot comb to sleek my part and around the edges..... But, let's just get into this laceeeeee! It melted perfectly! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I order this hair in May and I had installed for my bday in June, I’ve been rocking this hair from June until August. I must say it colored beautifully and not one shedding. The lace didn’t bold up at all and I usually glue my wigs down and the lace was holding like I just bought it each time I would apply glue.. every wash the hair would feel like brand new hair, takes well to heat and bleach..I would purchase this hair again and again.I also forgot to mention the perfect pre-pluck baby hairs. I really didn’t have to do much with this unit, I love it and it was my first time trying Wiggins hair and now I’m hooked.

I ordered the 20”. Mary was very helpful in communicating with me, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Stayed in touch with me through the whole process even after I received my wig to make sure I was satisfied. She also let me know that if I was dissatisfied for any reason to let her know and she would make it right. Customer service is the #1 priority and she excelled in that department. Received wig within like a week. Very fast coming from the location. No smell to the wig and the hair is super soft with beautiful waves. No shedding at the moment that I can tell.
