This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is amazingly soft and full of volume. There is minimal shedding without cutting the wefts, but that's normal even for your real hair. Hair has a gorgeous luster with no corn chip smell. Just use a deep conditioner / water and a anti friz serum and you should be good. Thank you Wiggins Hair. Will purchase again.
