This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is the best and I washed and conditioned it before installation to loosen the curls a little and it worked. I love this so much and was happy with the result.
